U.K. death/black metallers ADORIOR will enter Tortured Souls studio in Germany in February 2010 to record a split 12-inch EP with TERRORAMA for Nuclear War Now! Productions.

The ADORIOR side will be titled "Fucking In Fire" and will contain one new track and a cover of "10,000 Days Of Bloodshed" by the metal overlords BLESSED DEATH.

Commented the band: "This will be our first recording in over five years and artwork of pure filth is currently under construction!"

Norwegian black metallers KEEP OF KALESSIN entered the studio in October to begin recording their new album for an early 2010 release via Nuclear Blast Records.

At the day of Winter Solstice Hammermark Art will publish a new official KRODA release.
This time around it will be a video-experiment in a shape of limited DVD (150 A5 digi-packs (black cardboard) and 350 jewel-cases).

The disc includes a 20-minute film consisting of:

1. Transcendental video for the track “Ghosts of Birds” (from the experimental mini-album “Falcon Among The Cliffs ”, that was released as a part of “Funf Jahre Kulturkampf”),

2. Ambient-meditative video “For Ages in Wide Expanse” (Intro + Outro from the mini-album “Legend”; these tracks were re-recorded for the video),

3. And as a closing part the ambient track “Autumn… Twilight… Fog…” (from the mini-album “Falcon Among The Cliffs ”).

All three tracks are united into one conception. Video was filmed and edited during the summer-autumn 2009.
The discs will be available at Hammermark Art and World Serpent Disrtibution starting from the first days of 2010 (the owners of “Funf Jahre Kulturkampf” wooden box will get discounts for purchase of this collectible release).

Finnish folk metallers FINNTROLL will release their new album, "Nifelvind" (the previously announced title "Mot Skuggornas Värld" has apaprently been scrapped), via Century Media Records on the following dates:

Triptykon, the group formed by former Hellhammer/Celtic Frost singer, guitarist, and main songwriter Tom Gabriel Warrior, is proud to announce that the groups' own label, Prowling Death Records Ltd., has entered into a licensing agreement with renowned metal giant Century Media Records.

Under the agreement, Century Media Records will release Triptykon's massive debut album, Eparistera Daimones, in Europe and North America on March 22, 2010.

Eparistera Daimones was produced by Tom Gabriel Warrior and Triptykon guitarist V. Santura and recorded in V. Santura's own Woodshed Studio in southern Germany, in the course of the second half of 2009. Like Celtic Frost's highly praised Monotheist album, Eparistera Daimones was mastered by Walter Schmid at Oakland Recording in Winterthur, Switzerland. Eparistera Daimones is said to be heavier than Monotheist, dark, daring, and very diverse.

Tom Gabriel Warrior: I am very pleased about continuing my long-standing and very constructive affiliation with Century Media Records. After the demise of Celtic Frost, I was looking for continuity in every other aspect of my life, and the cooperation between Prowling Death Records Ltd. and Century Media Records has in the past already provided an outstanding platform for releases by Hellhammer (the Demon Entrails demo reissue album, 2008) and Celtic Frost (Monotheist, 2006).

Eparistera Daimones will feature the following nine songs, at a playing time of around 70 minutes:

Triptykon consists of V. Santura (guitar, vocals), Norman Lonhard (drums, percussion), Vanja Slajh (bass), and Tom Gabriel Warrior (voice, guitars). The group has unambiguously stated that it pursues the continuation and further development of the path Warrior began in Hellhammer and Celtic Frost. The group’s onstage debut is scheduled to take place as part of the distinguished Roadburn Festival, on April 16, 2010.

U.K.-based metallers LYRINX have inked a deal with Avantgarde Music. The band will enter the studio in the summer to begin recording its new album, "Restriction and Failure", for a late 2010 release.

"Nonetheless, the band's most recent release, 'Ending the Circle of Life', features two long songs (in the range of 15-20 minutes), with a slower tempo and far more bass than is characteristic for black metal music. Lyrical themes are generally based around the philosophical position of nihilism and include in particular considerations of existential freedom, social dissatisfaction, social isolation, loss of hope, and suicide."

Veteran death metallers IMMOLATION will release their eighth album, "Majesty And Decay", on March 9, 2010 in North America via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD was recorded Millbrook Sound Studios in New York with longtime producer Paul Orofino. Mixing duties were handled by Zack Ohren, who has previously worked with DECREPIT BIRTH, SUFFOCATION and ALL SHALL PERISH, among others.

IMMOLATION's new album contains "10 songs [plus two intros] of the strongest material we have ever written," the band said in a statement. "The new material is more violent and aggressive, with fast sections that take us to a new level of speed and intensity, while complementing the dark and sullen heavier moments. There are plenty of miserable and militant movements to please the diehard and new IMMOLATION fans alike."
